Targeting the gaming users Dell has launched its new range of entry-level gaming laptops, dubbed as G-series laptops. Under the G-series, Dell has launch 4 new gaming laptops - Dell G3 15, Dell G3 17, Dell G5 15 and Dell G7 15.
The G-series laptops are equipped with 8th generation Intel Core processors and Nvidia GeForce GTX 10-series GPUs, sporting Max-Q design technology, options for dual SSDs, slim profiles, and upto 4K (3840x2160) displays.
The company has claimed that it is the most affordable gaming range to date and will provide users with a new real gaming experience. The Dell's G-series laptops are already available in many parts of China and Europe, but there is no confirmed information about its availability in India.
Dell G3 15 and Dell G3 17: Features and specifications
As the name suggests, Dell G3 15 and Del G3 17 comes with 15-inch and 17-inch display respectively. The G3 15 and G3 17 laptops are powered by Nvidia GeForce GTX 1050 and 1060 Max-Q discrete GPUs, backed with 8th Generation Intel Core i7. According to the company, the G3 15 is the thinnest laptop ever and is available in three color variants - Black, Recon Blue, and Alpine White. While the Dell G3 17 is available in two color variants - Black and Recon Blue.
Dell G5 15 and Dell G7 15: Features and specifications
Both Dell G5-15 and the Dell G7-15 features a 15-inch display and Nvidia GTX 1060 GPUs with Max-Q designs. The Dell G5 spots 8th generation Intel Core i7 processor while the Dell G7 the Intel Core i9 processor. The G7 15 also comes with optional 4K (3840x2160) display. The Dell G5 15 is available in two color variants - Standard Black and Beijing Red flavors, and Dell G7 15 is available in two color - Standard Black or Alpine White.

There is yet no information about the Price and availability of Dell's G-series laptops in India. The Dell G7 15 is "available now in US, China, and Europe" via its website and BestBuy in the US with a starting price of $850 (around Rs. 55,300). As for the Dell G3 15 and 17, they would be available globally from April 16 starting $750 (approximately Rs. 49,000) and $800 (roughly Rs. 52,000). As for the Dell G5 15, it's available from April 16 from $850 (around Rs. 55,300).
