Moto X Play , It Starts Receiving Android 7.1.1 Nougat, Here how you can get the latest Nougat Update in your Moto X Play
There is a good news for the Moto X play users. The Moto X play have started to receive the Android 7.1.1 Nougat updates.Though official announcement is not yet made but according to reports Moto X play has started receiving Android 7.1.1 Nougat update in the Brazil region.
Earlier in the June the Moto have not cleared that where they will be rolling out Android 7.0 Nougat or straight away will be upgrading Moto X Play to Android 7.1.1 Nougat.Currently the updated has been rolled out for the selected user’s in Brazil, and it is expected to take some time for Moto X Play to receive Android 7.1.1 Nougat update in India.
Customer’s who haven’t yet received any kind of notification for the update, they can head towards Settings > About Phone > System updates to check for the availability. If the update is available then just download it and finally install it.
The Android 7.1.1 Nougat update was rolled out to users last year in December, and was touted as "an update to Nougat" by Google.The Android 7.1.1 Nougat have some of the newly added and updated features in the form of new emojis and app shortcuts which allowed users to launch actions on any apps by simply long pressing the app icon.
The newly added emojis reflects the gender equality and also adds support for GIF images directly from keyboard on supported apps. Google Allo, Google Messenger, and Hangouts are some of the apps that supported GIF images.
The Moto have already started to roll out Android 7.1.1 Nougat update to Moto Z Play smartphone since last month.
