But, the price tag of Rs 39,000 puts iPhone SE in direct competition with Apple’s flagship iPhone 6S, which is available on Indian e-commerce websites for a little over Rs 40,000.

Both smartphones are quite similar – sharing features like the A9 processor, support for Live Photos and Apple Pay, 12MP iSight camera, broad 4G network support, 16GB storage, and hands-off Siri – but there are a number of differences between them too.

iPhone SE is perfect for those who are upgrading from small-screen iPhones like 4, 4S, 5, 5C and 5S and do not want a huge change in screen size. On the other hand, iPhone 6S’s 4.7-inch display is ideal for those who want a relatively bigger display panel without compromising on quality.
