The tech giant Apple on Wednesday announced the brand-new series of its best selling smart-watch, Apple Watch. The all-new Apple Watch Series was announced by Apple at its annual iPhone launch event in Cupertino, California. The Apple Watch series 4 is an upgrade to the last year launched Apple Watch Series 3.
The all-new Apple Watch Series 4 is loaded with some of the exciting features like the ability to measure your heart rate with an Electrocardiogram, Detect fall, Low heart rate, ECG Capability and a hardware redesign that gives it a larger display, the screens are over 30 percent larger. Apple has introduced a 64-bit processor on the Watch Series 4.
Apple Watch Series 4 Price and Launch Date:
The Apple Watch Series 4 will be available in three color variants - gold, silver, and space gray and is listed at a starting price of $399 for the GPS-only, non-Cellular variant, and $499 (around Rs. 35,900) for the variant with both GPS and Cellular capabilities.
The latest Apple Watch Series 4 will be available for pre-orders starting September 14 and will go on sale starting September 21. Apple's new watchOS 5 will be available for other Apple Watch models from September 17.

- The speaker is 50% louder, which means it's better for making phone calls and using Siri.
- The back of the new Apple Watch is made entirely of black ceramic and sapphire crystal, which means radio waves can pass through the front and back for the better cellular reception.
- New watch faces, including one with up to eight customizable complications, or special features.
- The new smartwatch is touted to be swim-proof, has Bluetooth v5.0, and has an optical heart sensor.
- Apple Watch Series 4 is powered by the latest watchOS 5 - with the UI optimised for the larger display.
- Apple Watch Series 4 provides the user with 18 hours of battery life.
